Oxford FemTech Film Screening: Below the Belt

The Oxford FemTech Society will be hosting a screening of the award-winning documentary Below the Belt, followed by a panel discussion on pain in women and a reception at St Anne’s College. As four patients urgently search for answers to mysterious symptoms, Below the Belt exposes widespread problems in healthcare systems that disproportionately affect women. From societal taboos and gender bias to misinformed doctors and financial barriers to care, the film reveals how millions are silenced and how, by fighting back, we can improve healthcare for everyone.
