Open Event: Foundation Certificate in History

Join us on Thursday 5 May 2022, from 6pm for a virtual open event for the Foundation Certificate in History.

This two-year part-time course, equivalent to the first year of a full-time History degree at Oxford University, will help you develop and refine the skills needed by an historian.

In addition to attending the Foundation Certificate’s own weekly seminar programme, you can also experience the wide range of lectures and seminars organised by the University’s Faculty of Modern History.

Applicants without recent experience of study or examinations should not be deterred from applying. Tutors are familiar with the problems faced by those returning to study and are able to offer appropriate guidance and support.
