Open Doors at Green Templeton College
Visit Green Templeton College to step inside the beautiful 18th-century Radcliffe Observatory – the central focus of the three-acre college and the site of an ongoing conservation project. From sculpted figures of the Eight Winds on the Tower to beautifully kept gardens and a 19th century telescope, there is plenty to marvel at and explore.
The college is once again delighted to be showcasing its connection to the field of astronomy by partnering with the Oxford Astrophysics sub-department for Open Doors 2025. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the universe through hands-on activities and demonstrations, as well as exhibits on exoplanets and the solar system. There will be plenty of family-friendly activities to enjoy and discover, so don’t miss out!
