Moving with Nature

An invitation to move with nature in the Arboretum. In this two-hour somatic movement session, we will explore our moving body in connection with the movement and stillness of the trees, plants, animals, soil and air of the Arboretum. This is an opportunity to engage with what attracts us, move in our own individual way with curiosity and playfulness, and expand our awareness of ourselves and our relationship with the natural world around us.
