Growing up bi-racial in Germany

St Hilda’s College is delighted to be hosting German-Nigerian writer and literary critic, Ijoma Alexander Mangold, for a discussion of his 2017 memoir Das deutsche Krokodil (The German Crocodile, DAS Editions 2021), translated by Ruth Ahmedzai Kemp (St Hilda’s Mod Langs, 1999).

The reading and discussion will be hosted by Acting Principal, Dr Georgina Paul, followed by a drinks reception.
