The Four Talent Giants: Talent Development Strategies in Japan, Australia, China, and India and Their Implications for Korea
Professor Gi-Wook Shin's latest work examines how Japan, Australia, China and India have developed distinctive talent strategies and what lessons Korea might draw from them. His research explores nationalism, development, democratization and international relations in Korea and Asia. He has authored or edited 27 books, including The Four Talent Giants (Stanford University Press, 2025).
