What voices are missing in museums? In what ways do religion, belief, spirituality and faith intersect with sexuality, gender identity and expression? How can we redress the invisibility, erasure and misconceptions of LGBTQI+ people of faith in heritage?

Join us for an interactive, inclusive workshop exploring themes and objects around faith, spirituality and queerness in a heritage setting. Bring along stories and personal ephemera and/or feel welcome to explore the Pitt Rivers' collections - you'll have unique access to items from the Museum collections.

Travel expenses will be covered (please bring your receipts) and lunch will be provided.

Please note that parts of the workshop may be recorded as focus group outcomes in order to feed into future projects around these themes. This will be done strictly anonymously and in confidentiality.
