Exclusive Members' Tour – Chinese Influences on European Decorative Arts

An Exclusive Gallery Tour for Members of the Ashmolean with Matthew Winterbottom, Curator of Decorative Arts and Sculpture, Ashmolean Museum.

This gallery tour offers Members a unique opportunity to explore East Asian influences on the Ashmolean's splendid European decorative arts collection displayed in the Museum.

The tour will be led by Matthew Winterbottom, who will guide you through several galleries including the West Meets East Gallery 35 and European Ceramics Gallery 40 (both on level 2), looking at ceramics, silverware and other remarkable decorative arts on show and how Chinese and other East Asian influences have made their mark.

Tickets are available only to Members of the Ashmolean.

Tickets are £15 standard and £10 discounted (for those who have bought tickets for the Claydon House coach trip on the same day).
