Explore how artist’s record the ephemeral aspects of nature, where a moment later the subject might no longer be there. You will also learn about the painting process of Fred Cuming RA and about his use of brush work and rags to create just an indication.

What you will need:

  • Oils and turpentine
  • Small and medium size brushes
  • Card, board or thick paper to paint on
  • Seascape photographs for subject reference

The event will take place online on Zoom and a link to join the event will be shared in advance by email.

Booking is essential and tickets are £60 each (£55 concessions).
