Actors and the Remains of the Dead

We are delighted to welcome Professor Tanya Pollard (Brooklyn College - CUNY) to present our seventh annual Classics and English lecture.

Professor Pollard will speak on the theme of 'Actors and the Remains of the Dead', drawing from her ongoing work on both Shakespearean actor Richard Burbage as well as classically-inflected material in Renaissance drama.

The lecture will be streamed on the APGRD (Archive of Performances of Greek and Roman Drama) YouTube channel and followed by a live Q&A.
