Our understanding of the evolutionary origin of animals has changed dramatically in recent years.

This talk will look at recent developments through the prism of the Sirius Passet fauna of North Greenland – an exceptionally preserved fossil deposit that tells us much about this major evolutionary event.

This event is part of our 'First Animals' exhibition programme.
