About
Benzhen Yao focuses on CO2 conversion research projects, mainly on the thermal catalysis process.
He is PDRA in Department of Chemistry, University of Oxford. He got his BSc from College of Chemistry and Chemical, University of Petroleum (East China), in 2003, and Ph. D form College of Chemical, East China University of Science and technology, in 2008. He then worked for SINOPEC as a research chemical engineer until 2016. He joined University of Oxford as PDRA in 2016, worked with Professor Peter P. Edwards, FRS and Dr. Tiancun Xiao.
He is also the co-founder of OxCCU Tech Ltd, a spin-out company from University of Oxford.
