Speakers include: Dr Abdallah Al-Dardari, World Bank and former Deputy Prime Minister of Syria; Dr Bassem Awadallah, former Minister of Planning and Chief of Royal Court, Jordan; Mr Ahmad Al-Sayyed, former CEO of Qatar Investment Authority; and Dr Adeel Malik, moderator.
