Be the face of Oxford: undergraduate filming (8th week)

Do you want to help to show prospective applicants what life at Oxford is like?

The Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach team are looking for student ambassadors to take part in a professional filming session. The footage will be used in our admissions and outreach materials - including the digital prospectus, website and social media (particularly @StudyAtOxford).

Filming sessions are expected to take place during 8th week (13-17 June). The exact times and locations will be confirmed soon.

Data sharing*
In order to organise the filming, we will need to share participant details with the production company. Please confirm that you are happy for us to share your responses to this form.
Data protection statement*
The personal information you provide will be held by the University of Oxford not longer than until the end of 2023. We will use your e-mail address only to contact you about the photo shoot and filming. Your data will be held in accordance with the University’s data protection policy, as amended from time to time, the Data Protection Act 1998, and the General Data Protection Regulation. The information you provide will not be passed on to any third parties without your permission and the University does not sell any data to third party organisations.
