Our Winter Lectures are back and this year you can enjoy them from the comfort of your own home.

James Basson is a gardener and garden designer who specialises in drought tolerant, sustainable gardens inspired by his passion for Mediterranean landscapes.

James read Garden Design for his degree, and then moved to the South of France to set up Scape Design with his wife, Helen, in 2020. Scape Design has since won numerous awards including four gold medals at the Chelsea Flower Show (Best in Fresh, Best in Show and Best Construction) and other gold medals include the Singapore Garden Festival, The Gardening World Cup in Japan, Les Victoires du Paysage and The Philadelphia Flower Show.

In this talk, James will use two key locations to showcase his work, Etna and Malta. The talk will be followed by a short, live Q&A session.
