Dancing Vortices
Vortices do amazing things. They dance, they tie themselves in knots, they challenge mathematicians to explain them. Oxford Mathematics is pleased to host a public lecture during the Clay Mathematics Institute’s 2015 Research Conference.
The lecture will be given by Étienne Ghys and will be followed by the presentation of the first Clay Award for the Dissemination of Mathematical Knowledge. Register at external-relations@maths.ox.ac.uk.
