Stampeding elephants! Raging typhoons! Runaway trains! Danger, romance and surprises abound in this madcap romp - 8 actors portraying 39 characters traverse 5 continents in one of the greatest adventures ever written. Mark Brown's reinvention of this timeless classic sees Victorian eccentric Phileas Fogg take on the most unfathomable wager of the age - travelling around the entire world in less than three months. Putting his fortune and his life at risk, he sets out from London with Passepartout. However, unbeknownst to him, a not-so-wily police officer by the name of Detective Fix has become convinced that Phileas is none other than a famous bank robber and is determined to catch him in the act. With him hot on their heels, the pair will have their wits about them to make it home!

Join one of the Oxford University Drama Society national tours as we push the boundaries of dramatic possibility with swathes of physical theatre, ingenious set and some of the finest comedic talent in Oxford University.
