Who is it for?
The English Subject Exploration Day is open to all pupils in Year 12 studying in the UK, and who are studying English Literature or English Language and Literature at A-level (or equivalent).
What is included in the day?
The English Subject Exploration Day is a day-long event that offers pupils the opportunity to find out about studying English at the University of Oxford. Pupils will attend academic taster sessions, find out about the English application processes from tutors and current students.
Highlights of the day include:
• Academic taster sessions led by St John’s College English tutors
• An advice session on applying to the University of Oxford to study English
• A Q&A session with current English students and tutors
