There are two remaining plots on the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter (ROQ) which have not yet been allocated:
- one is on the south of the site between the Mathematical Institute and where the Blavatnik School of Government building is under construction
- the other is beside Walton Street, between Freud's cafe and the Jericho Health Centre.
It was always intended that the development of the ROQ site would be phased and it is unlikely that any decisions about these final two plots will be made in the near future. However, in time they will be developed and will add to this vibrant Quarter of Oxford.
The buildings will be designed to integrate with the rest of the site and will definitely not be laboratories. Before any decisions are finalised, information about the University’s proposals will be made available to the public.
