Custom error pages
A customised error page for your Website, will enable you to offer possible solutions to why a page is not visible to a user. Without one in place, the user's browser will provide its own generic error page, which won't be as informative about other options to try to rectify the problem.
Contact your server administrator for more information on how they can be uploaded.
Examples:
| Error Number | Description |
| 401 | Not authorised |
| 403 | Permissions on the file prevent access |
| 404 | No page matches the request |
| 500 | Server error/script error |
