The Africa Society's flagship event will include diverse speakers like Mmasekgoa Masire-Mwamba, Deputy Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, Emmanuel Nnadozie, Director of Economic Development and NEPAD for the United Nations Commission for Africa, and Kamal Bhattachyara, Director of IBM Research Africa, among others. The continent, experiencing unprecedented economic growth still needs to make the necessary investment in governance, science, technology, healthcare and infrastructure, themes to be explored in this year's edition.
