| Advanced Research Computing | Advanced Research Computing (formerly the Oxford Supercomputing Centre) provides a central University service for researchers when they have bigger questions to answer and need more computing power than a desktop can provide. |
| Begbroke Science Park | Find out about Begbroke Science Park, which offers University research departments the space to grow in an easily accessible environment, close to colleagues and adjacent to numerous research based start-up and spin-out companies. The Oxford University Knowledge Transfer Partnership Office is managed from Begbroke, as are two Knowledge Transfer Networks, the Oxford Materials Characterisation Service and various Knowledge and Technology Transfer events. |
| Bodleian Libraries | Find out how the Bodleian Libraries can help you, your students, researchers and academics. We can help you with measuring research impact, open access, use of specialist publications and materials (eg data and statistics, geospatial information and maps, patents, manuscripts and other special collections), literature review and keeping up to date. You can also find out about library inductions for your students or using the Bodleian Libraries. |

| Council Secretariat | Information about governance, compliance, assurance and trust funds. Find out more about the University’s revised Bribery & Fraud policy and its new policy on Gifts & Hospitality, including advice and guidance on how you might be affected and what you may need to do. |

| Finance: Insurance, Pensions and Purchasing |
The Insurance Team will be available to answer queries and give advice and information on: insurance for travel, motor vehicles, buildings and contents, engineering equipment and liability (public, employer, professional etc), risk awareness and reduction and the help and financial support available to departments in managing risk. The Pensions Team will be available to answer queries about the University’s pension arrangements, including the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS), Oxford Staff Pension Scheme (OSPS) and the new National Employer Savings Trust (NEST). You can find out more about pension automatic enrolment and who is affected by this. See how you can estimate your pensions online with USS’s modelling tools. The Purchasing team will be available to answer queries and to give advice on how they can help your department save money. |
| History of Art Visual Resources Centre | The Visual Resources Centre (VRC) supports University staff and students in the provision (and creation) of digital images for teaching, learning and research, and promotes, preserves and provides access to the History of Art Department's analogue image collections. | HR and University Apprenticeship Scheme | Visit the stand to learn how the Personnel Services team can help your department, and how apprenticeships can help meet your goals for skilled support staff and succession planning. |
| Information security awareness | You are the target! You may not realise it, but your computer, your mobile devices, your University accounts, all have tremendous value for criminals. This year all UAS staff must complete a short online Information Security Awareness module, and there are face-to-face training courses and online advice and guidance on offer as well. By taking some simple steps, you can help protect yourself and your family, and the University. |
| Isis Innovation | Isis Innovation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University, manages, invests in and develops the intellectual property of the University and handles academic consultancy and service contracts on behalf of academics and departments. Visit the stand for literature about the various services offered by Isis, and ask the team about Isis, intellectual property, spin-out formation and academic consulting. |

| Language Centre | Come and find out what languages are on offer for you and your students. The Language Centre runs daytime and evening courses in 14 languages, including English for non-native speakers, has an extensive library of self-study material for over 140 languages, and can arrange special courses for individual departments. Staff will be on hand to discuss your requirements. |
| Museums & Collections | Learn about volunteering opportunities at the University’s museums and collections, pick up information about exhibitions and events, and find out about the corporate hire of facilities. |
| Occupational Health Service | The Occupational Health Service provides workplace health advice to all sections of the University including those with management responsibilities, individual employees and committees. Information available from the stand will include advice for computer users, stress and other health issues that may impact employment. Advice on a comprehensive range of topics can be accessed on the Occupational Health website or by contacting OHS directly for specific advice. |
| Open Access at Oxford | Staff from the Bodleian Libraries and Research Services will be on hand to provide information and advice about publishing research open access. Find out about open access for the wide dissemination of research and for meeting research funders’ requirements for publication. See the services available to support Oxford researchers for open access publication and, most importantly, where to go to for help. |
| Oxford Learning Institute | Learn about the broad range of personal and professional development courses and resources on offer for members of the collegiate University. |
