| Begbroke Science Park | Find out about Begbroke Science Park, which offers University research departments the space to grow in an easily accessible environment, close to colleagues and adjacent to numerous research based start-up and spin-out companies. The Oxford University Knowledge Transfer Partnership Office is managed from Begbroke, as are two Knowledge Transfer Networks, the Oxford Materials Characterisation Service and various Knowledge and Technology Transfer events. |
| Bodleian Libraries | Visit the stand to find out about the collections and services offered by the 30 libraries making up the Bodleian group. We will have information about how we can help you, your students and academics in the following areas: measuring research impact, literature searching, current awareness, reference management, admission and access to Bodleian Libraries and attending a library induction. |
| Childcare Services |
Visit the stand to obtain guidance and comprehensive information about UAS partners with regard to services such as university nursery provision, holiday play schemes and staff childcare tax saving schemes. |
| Conference of Colleges | Find out about the purpose and activities of Conference and its committees, and the role of the Conference Secretariat - and meet the team. A range of information will be available including “Who we are, What we do” flyers, handbooks of Conference and committee members, contact details, and timetables of meetings for 2012-13. | Conference Oxford | Conference Oxford is the conference marketing office for the University of Oxford. We provide a free venue search amongst our 51 venues. Dedicated to finding you a venue for your meeting, conference or function, we also offer help and advice on the planning of your events and conferences here in Oxford. Each year Conference Oxford handles in excess of 2,000 enquiries from the UK and around the world. Visit the stand to speak to members of the Conference Oxford team and find out about the facilities offered by member venues for conferences, meetings and functions - including weddings. |
| Department for Continuing Education | The Department for Continuing Education offers over 800 part-time courses – weekly classes, online courses, day and weekend events, Oxford qualifications, continuing professional development and summer programmes. Find out more about the courses on offer and the services provided by Continuing Education. |

| Estates Directorate – did you know? | Come and find out about the broad scope of OUED’s responsibilities, from conservation to security. View models of key capital projects, including the Park Hospital site and Blavatnik School of Government, watch a presentation about the work of the various sections, and take part in the quiz. |
| Examinations & Assessments | A one-stop-shop for practical and policy guidance on all aspects of Examinations & Assessments work: examiner appointments, examiner payments, taught submissions, research submissions and examinations, live examinations (timetabling, alternative arrangements, invigilator training, and examination papers), archiving of exam scripts, transcription of illegible scripts, and higher degrees. |
| Finance Division: Insurance Services | The Insurance Team will be available to answer queries and give advice and information on: insurance for travel, motor vehicles, buildings and contents, engineering equipment and liability (public, employer, professional etc); and risk awareness and reduction and the help and financial support available to departments in managing risk. |
| Finance Division: Pensions Office & Prudential | Members of the Pensions Office will be available to provide information and answer general enquiries about all the University pension schemes they administer. Key themes will be the changes to the University of Oxford Staff Pension Scheme (OSPS) and the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS). Information and advice will also be available for those approaching or considering retirement. Prudential will be in attendance alongside the Pensions team to provide regulated advice and take personal queries. |
| Graduate Admissions & Funding | Come and meet the Graduate Admissions and Funding team, have your questions answered and pick up a copy of our hot-off-the-press Graduate Prospectus featuring photos taken by our talented students from this year’s Graduate Photography Competition. We will be displaying many of the stunning photos in their full glory on screen. |

| IT Services | IT Services was created on 1 August 2012 through a merger of the three central IT departments - Oxford University Computing Services (OUCS), Business Services and Projects (BSP) and ICT Support Team (ICTST). The Language Centre runs daytime and evening courses in 14 languages, including English for non-native speakers, has an extensive library of self-study material for over 140 languages, and can arrange special courses for individual departments. |

You will also be able to look at both student and staff views of eVision for a variety of key areas including the new Degree Ceremonies processes. |
| Student Welfare and Support Services | Visit the stand to obtain Disability Advisory Service publications, including information about specialist provision, such as mentoring for students with severe and enduring mental health problems.
