Gold Challenge

Gold Challenge

London 2012 is fast approaching and as term begins the University is seeking to engage in the exciting build up as much as possible. In partnership with Gold Challenge, the University is poised to create a charitable legacy that lasts well beyond the Olympic & Paralympic Games.

Gold Challenge is the only Olympic & Paralympic charity challenge. Endorsed by the British Olympic Association, Sport England and Team GB, Gold Challenge encourages participants to take on a challenge to celebrate the upcoming Games. Whether individually or in a team, challengers choose to tackle up to thirty Olympic sports or take the 2012km challenge.

As a provider of sports coaching Oxford University Sport has many of the facilities you need to take on your personal Gold Challenge. If you would like to learn a new sport or push yourself to the next level and raise money for a local charity this is perfect for you. Oxford University Sport is also a Gold Challenge registered charity partner, so not only can you complete your sports using their facilities, you can give back to the local community too.

If you would like to make London 2012 special, take up some new sports and make a real difference to your local community sign up today and choose your challenge.
