Workshops
The Counselling Service offers a range of topical workshops to help you build skills to respond to the demands of life at university. This is a time that may challenge you in new ways, socially, academically and personally. To meet these challenges you may need new resources. The purpose of these workshops is to offer input which speaks to concerns shared by many, so they will be open to 10-20 participants at a time.
