Share your views on new graduate accommodation

The University is planning a new community for graduate students to replace the existing outdated accommodation at Court Place Gardens. The proposed scheme will provide up to 75 new two- and three-bedroom houses at the same site, which is located between Iffley and Rose Hill. It would allow graduate students much needed, affordable family accommodation.

The scheme is being delivered by Oxford University Development (OUD), as part of the University’s joint venture partnership with Legal & General Group. OUD is using a digital consultation platform which will include a short, user friendly poll to gather graduate students’ priorities and preferences in choosing accommodation.

The poll, which is secure and anonymous, is available until 3 July at Give My View. The website also provides more information about the proposed scheme. OUD will also be donating to three local charities for every poll completed.

Any queries about the consultation can be addressed to OUD at [email protected].
