Readmission Codes for Graduate applications

Current Oxford students enrolled in the final year of a taught graduate course can apply for an eligible course starting the following year (without a break in study) without paying an application fee. To do this you need to enter a readmission authorisation code into your application form.

You find your code in the ‘Academic and Assessment Information’ in the student self-service portal. Under the heading ‘My student record’ click on ‘Check my details’, and there is a ‘display authorisation code’ button at the bottom of the screen. This button will give you your code. To use it make sure you select ‘readmission’ from the drop-down menu on the ‘Application type’ tab on the application form. A second box will appear into which you enter your code. Do not copy and paste it, this causes an error. You must manually type the code without spaces or extra characters.
