The University Alumni Office is keen to hear from academics who would be interested in acting as trip scholars for educational tours.

The Alumni Office arranges a wide-ranging programme of small-group educational tours for alumni worldwide. Each tour is accompanied by an expert trip scholar, who gives lectures on the destinations visited and on their academic interests.

The alumni tour programme covers most academic disciplines, with many trips focusing on the history and culture of the destination. Tours can be developed around scholars from any discipline, but the alumni team is particularly keen to hear from wildlife and botany experts, anthropologists, archaeologists, classicists and ancient historians, geologists, geographers and climatologists.
