Carolyn Puddicombe has been appointed as the University’s Director of Asset & Space Management in Estates Services. She took up her role in July 2013.

As Director of Asset & Space Management, she has overall responsibility for Estates Strategy, Space and Information Management, Asset Management, Graduate Accommodation, Wytham Woods and the University Parks. The team includes not only those who reported to the former Land Agent, Tim del Nevo, but also the Space and Information Management team, which is based at the Malthouse in Tidmarsh Lane. She reports to Paul Goffin, Director of Estates Services.

Carolyn Puddicombe joins the University from Bath Spa University and has experience with both the public and private sectors, including Crest Nicholson, Savills, North Wiltshire District Council and Drivers Jonas.

She is a graduate of Reading University and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
