Following the conclusion of the 2011 national negotiations, the implementation of the annual pay uplift for non-clinical university staff has now been approved at Oxford.  

Each full-time member of staff will receive a flat-rate increase of £150 (pro rata for part-time staff).

The increase will be applied retrospectively from 1 August 2011. The increase will be implemented in the February 2012 payroll, together with back pay.
