Concerned about a rough sleeper?

If you have any concerns about someone sleeping rough you can contact the Oxford Street Population Outreach Team (OxSPOT) by calling 01865 243229 (during office hours) or email

OxSPOT is a seven day a week service which helps people rough sleeping in the city by providing outreach, assessments and reconnection. They help rough sleepers to access accommodation and the support they need to rebuild their lives.

You can also report concerns about a rough sleeper at or call the StreetLink team on 0300 500 0914.

Please be aware that neither OxSPOT or StreetLink are emergency services.

Call 999 if you think someone’s health is in immediate danger.
