Consultation on the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers

The Concordat Strategy Group has launched a consultation to inform a revision of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers.

The Concordat was launched in 2008 to provide a framework to support the career development of researchers in UK universities and research institute. The report from the Independent Review Panel concluded that the Concordat had made a real difference in improving the environment and career development for researchers. Revisions are now needed to reflect how the research environment has changed over the last 10 years, and to ensure the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers remains fit for the future. Further information can be found here
