Museum recruited for Operation Earth

Oxford University’s Natural History Museum joins the likes of the Eden Project and the National Space Centre as part of a nationwide science project.

Operation Earth is a two-year-long national programme created by the UK Association for Science and Discovery Centres and the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC). The project will engage, inspire and involve children and their families with the NERC's world-leading environmental science research, and the museum will be one of 10 locations hosting activities for families to explore the importance of environmental science in helping to understand the changing world.

Launching in early 2018, further information on the upcoming events at the museum will be available at a later date, watch this space!
