A number of IT services including Outlook were temporarily affected by a power distribution fault this morning (Monday 6 February, 2017).
Work to restore these services got underway shortly before 10am this morning when power was lost.
Colleagues can be assured that staff did everything necessary to deliver a rapid solution and IT colleagues across Oxford were kept updated by SMS and social media channels. Most services were restored at 12.20pm.
