Could you or any of your friends, family or colleagues spare an hour to help with testing an online event booking system?
The University of Oxford’s Central Development Office is carrying out a usability test of the recent improvements to their online event booking system, and are seeking three participants to try it out and provide feedback on the latest version of these pages.
Participants should be at least 18 years old and not have any experience of booking tickets on the University’s alumni websites. Experience with online shopping (eg Amazon) or other ticket booking websites (eg Eventbrite) would be useful but is not esssential. Accepted participants will be offered a choice of rewards (bottle of champagne, selection of wines or beers, box of chocolates) to thank them for their time and assistance.
Testing will take place at the University of Oxford Offices at Wellington Square on one of the following dates, depending on participant availability:
- Monday 20 February
- Thursday 23 February
- Wednesday 1 March
- Thursday 2 March
- Tuesday 7 March
