Branding and branded goods
The branding toolkit allows members of the University to download different versions of the University brand mark for use in print and on the web.
Guidance about deploying the University brand is available in the branding toolkit, together with approved colour palettes and typography for use in University publications and other marketing materials.
University-branded stationery and templates for PowerPoint presentations are available for download by members of the University. Business cards can be ordered from the University Reprographics Office. Further details and a business card template can be found on the admin website.
Branded merchandise is available from Oxford Limited, which offers a wide range of University- or custom-branded products for departments and colleges. Email email@example.com or phone 01865 726350.
Design and print-buying
The Design Studio, based in the Publications & Web Office, provides a professional design and print-buying service for members of the collegiate University. Whether it is a poster, leaflet, newsletter or brochure, we aim to deliver a creative, clear and cost-effective solution to your communication requirements.
Events and conferences
A range of conference items is available to purchase at cost price for members of the University, including branded folders, wallets, notepads, pens, and the Official Guide, a 40-page illustrated guide to the collegiate University.
The event planning guidelines (pdf) provide guidance about planning and running large events.
The media advice webpages provide guidance, tips and suggestions on working with the media, along with links to media training opportunities and further resources.
The broadcast studio, based at Wellington Square, links to major broadcasters and is available for live and pre-recorded television and radio interviews during office hours.
The Daily News Alert is a news digest that summarises coverage about Oxford in the local, national and international press. It is available by email to members of University and college staff with an Oxford University email address.
The Communications Officers Network links people in communications roles across the collegiate University via a mailing list and regular events, such as networking sessions and communications workshops. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to subscribe.
An online image library is available to members of the University, providing easy access to more than 1,500 images of Oxford. Images are available to departments, faculties and colleges at a heavily discounted rate compared to commercial providers. A selection of images is available to download free of charge for members of the University for use in publications and on the web.
The Official Guide is a 40-page illustrated guide to the collegiate University, which can be purchased at cost by members of the University for use in conference packs.
