About
Dr Meinck's research focuses on two projects:
- The development of a parenting intervention to prevent child abuse in families with teenagers in South Africa
- A longitudinal study investigating adherence to antiretroviral medication in HIV-positive adolescents in South Africa
Before joining Oxford, she worked as a child protection social worker for a local authority in Wales. She is a registered social worker with the Health and Care Professions Council (HPCP).
