Al Gore - former US Vice President and joint Nobel Peace Prize winner in 2007 for his efforts to publicise climate change - spoke at Oxford University's Times/Smith School World Forum on Enterprise and the Environment last week. He suggested that the way we think about climate change is 'at the heart of the problem' but that we should be able to solve the crisis. He said: 'It can happen. It will happen. We have everything we need except political will - and political will is a renewable resource.'
