Estates DirectorateRadcliffe Observatory by Rob Judges

Change of name

On 1 October, the Estates Directorate is changing its name to Estates Services, reflecting an increased focus on improving the services we provide across the University. With effect from the same date, the Estates Directorate will merge with the Land Agent's Office, bringing together all the University's estates, property and asset activities for the first time. The Land Agent's Office, which includes property acquisitions, disposals and leases, graduate student accommodation, staff housing, parks and Wytham Woods, will no longer be known as such and will become part of a new Asset and Space Management team within Estates Services.

Our website will still be www.admin.ox.ac.uk/estates but there will be some changes in how to contact us. OUED email addresses will all change to xxx@admin.ox.ac.uk and our repairs and maintenance helpdesk will have a new address: estates.helpdesk@admin.ox.ac.uk. All the information currently provided on the Land Agent's website will move to the Estates Services website on 1 October but the stand-alone websites for the Accommodation Office, Wytham Woods and University Parks will not change.
