Corrigenda

Use of IT Facilities

When the changes in regulations reflecting the establishment of IT Services were published on 19 July, amendments were made to Rules Committee Regulations 1 of 2011 then in force but did not note that the same changes would be applicable to Rules Committee Regulations 1 of 2012, which would come into force on 1 October 2012.

In existing regulation 1.8 of Rules Committee Regulations 1 of 2012, delete all references to 'Oxford University Computing Services (OUCS)' and replace with references to 'IT Services (ITS)', abbreviated as appropriate, as noted in the Gazette of 19 July.

Curators of the University Parks

When a change was made to the regulations governing the membership of the Buildings and Estates Subcommittee in 2005, making Council responsible for the appointment of the chairman instead of the Planning and Resource Allocation Committee (Gazette, 14 July 2005), a corresponding change to the membership of the Curators of the University Parks was overlooked.

In Part 10 of Council Regulations 2 of 2004 concerning the Curators of the University Parks, delete existing paragraph (5) of regulation 10.1 and substitute (deleted text scored through):

'(5) the person appointed by Council's Planning and Resource Allocation Committee to act aschairman of the Buildings and Estates Subcommittee (or another member of the subcommittee nominated by its chairman);'.

Regulations for Council

When a change was made to the regulations for Council in 2011, establishing a quorum for Council and for committees reporting directly to Council (Gazette, 27 October 2011), a corresponding change to the regulations for Divisional Boards was overlooked.

In Council Regulations 17 of 2002, delete regulation 37 and substitute (deleted text scored through, new text underlined):

'37. No student member shall be present for the discussion of reserved business as defined in regulation 78 of the Regulations for Council.'

Council Regulations concerning trusts

When a change was made to the regulations concerning trusts, making certain alterations to the governance arrangements of the Saïd Business School (Gazette, 21 October 2010), corresponding changes to certain other trust regulations which made reference to those governance arrangements were overlooked.

In Part 2 of Council Regulations 25 of 2002 concerning trusts, in the following regulations, delete 'Executive Board' and substitute 'School Board':
