University Design Studio
The Public Affairs Directorate has launched the University of Oxford Design Studio, providing departments and colleges with a professional and cost-effective design and print-buying service. Specialists in designing Oxford-branded material from the student prospectuses to the Annual Review, the studio aims to combine creative and engaging design with a knowledgeable and professional service. Vice-Chancellor's Question Time
Professor Andrew Hamilton will be holding a Question Time session in the Ship Street Centre, Jesus, on 22 May. The event is open to members of Congregation, University and college staff, and students, who are invited to discuss issues with the Vice-Chancellor. The session starts at 4 pm, with refreshments available from 3.30 pm. To reserve a place or submit a question in advance, please email internal.communications@admin.ox.ac.uk. The Medical Sciences Board has conferred the title of Visiting Professor of Immunology on M Greene, MD PhD Manitoba, FRCP (Canada), for a period of six months from 1 May 2012.
The Medical Sciences Board has conferred the title of Visiting Professor of Stroke Medicine on K Vekrellis, BSc PhD UCL, currently Assistant Professor at the Biomedical Research Foundation, Academy of Athens, for a period of three years from 26 April 2012.
