Conferment of title. On behalf of the Recognition of Distinction Committee, the Vice-Chancellor has conferred the title of Reader in Professional Education on Dr Cheng.

Changes in Regulations

With the approval, where appropriate of the Education Committee of Council, and, where appropriate of the Humanities Board, the following changes in regulations made by divisional boards, the Continuing Education Board, and boards of faculties will come into effect on 25 December.

The options under paper 10 are identical with papers 4, 5, 7 (a) and 7 (c) of the same degree. The set texts will be those specified in the Turkish Handbook, available on the Web site of the Faculty of Oriental Studies.'
