1 Declaration of approval of unopposed Resolution approving the conferment of Honorary Degree

That the conferment of the Degree of Master of Arts, honoris causa, upon MR ANTONY CHARLES WILLIS be approved.

2 Declaration of approval of unopposed Resolution authorising expenditure from the Higher Studies Fund

That the University be authorised to expend from the part of the Higher Studies Fund earmarked for Social Studies, the sum of £20,000 (£10,000 per annum for two years) to provide research support to Professor Armour, Lovells Professor of Law and Finance.
