Appointment of Development Director

Mansfield is a small, friendly and welcoming college which is seeking to appoint a Development Director who will take forward an ambitious annual fund programme and undertake major-gift fund raising.

Energy, initiative and a high level of motivation are essential qualities for this post. A track record of successful face-to-face fund raising would be a significant advantage, but someone with the right personality, communication skills and experience in sales or marketing could be just the person for the job.

A starting salary of £50,000 with a performance-related bonus is offered, together with other benefits, including eligibility to join the Universities Superannuation Scheme.
