Declaration of approval of nominations of 'external' members of Council

No request for a ballot having been received, the proposal to appoint SIR CRISPIN DAVIS, MA Oxf, and SIR PAUL NURSE, B.SC Birm, PH.D East Ang, as members of Council for four years from Hilary Term 2009 and Michaelmas Term 2010 respectively was deemed to have been approved on 27 November.
