MEMORIAL MEETING

Merton College

A Memorial Meeting to celebrate the life of JOHN LATIMER BARTON, BCL MA Oxf, Fellow and Tutor in Law, Merton College, 1956–72, All Souls Reader in Roman Law and Professorial Fellow, Merton College, 1972–96, Emeritus Fellow 1996–2008, will be held at 2.30 p.m. on Saturday, 22 November, in the Ante-Chapel, Merton College. After the meeting, a tree will be planted in Mr Barton's memory, followed by tea.
