Tim and Kathy Clayden Prize for Ancient Near Eastern Studies 2009

Applications are invited for the Tim and Kathy Clayden Prize for Ancient Near Eastern Studies, which is open to all postgraduate students studying the Ancient Near East and enrolled for the degrees of M.St, M.Phil or D.Phil in the University.

For the purposes of this award the Ancient Near East is defined as ancient Mesopotamia (including Syria, south-eastern Turkey, south- western Iran and the Gulf countries) before the Parthian period. One prize, to the value of £500, will be awarded.
