Scholarships and Prizes 2008: Medieval and Modern Languages

Cyril Jones Memorial Prize 2008–9

The prize will be awarded, if there is a candidate of sufficient merit, by the Moderators for the Preliminary Examination for Modern Languages in Trinity Term to the candidate in that examination, or in any Preliminary Examination of which Modern Languages is a component in the same term, whose performance in Spanish they judge to be the best. The value of the prize is £175 and is to be spent on books in the field of Spanish Studies. No special application is required.
