MECO Monthly Forum

Bishop Riah Abu El-Assal, Anglican Bishop of Jerusalem, Palestine, speaks on 'Christian–Muslim relations in the Holy Land: the dynamics of religion under Israeli occupation and oppression.' This presentation takes place at St Antony's College, Thurs. 22 Nov. at 5 pm. All welcome. The Bishop will inscribe copies of his highly acclaimed book, Caught in between: the story of an Arab Palestinian Christian Israeli. Oxford University Newcomers' Club has moved to the University Club, 11 Mansfield Rd, Oxford OX1 3SZ. The Club welcomes the wives, husbands or partners of newly arrived graduates and visiting academics to the University.
