Korean Film Festival

Korean Film Festival, 12–14 Nov. at Odeon Cinema, George Street, Oxford. Free entry to all events. Oxford University Newcomers' Club

Oxford University Newcomers' Club has moved to the University Club, 11 Mansfield Rd, Oxford OX1 3SZ. The Club welcomes the wives, husbands or partners of newly arrived graduates and visiting academics to the University. It aims to offer help, advice and information, and the opportunity to meet others socially. Informal coffee mornings are held at the University Club every Wed. 10.30–12 noon from 0th week to 9th week, both inclusive. Newcomers with children (0–4) meet every Fri. in term 10.15–12 noon. Other term-time activities include an Art Group, a Book Group, Informal Conversation Group, Garden Group, Antiques Group, village walks and tours to colleges, museums and other places of interest.
