Green Man Event

The Green Man: Tues. 19 Feb., 12 noon–4 pm. Half-term is here! Come to the Harcourt Arboretum and take part in our free family activity. Conference

W.G. Hoskins Centenary Conference, Christ Church, Sat. 12 Apr. This day-conference will mark the centenary of the birth of W.G. Hoskins, widely acknowledged as one of the greatest historians of the 20th century, by examining his relationship to that century. Oxford University Newcomers' Club

Oxford University Newcomers' Club has moved to the University Club, 11 Mansfield Rd, Oxford OX1 3SZ. The Club welcomes the wives, husbands or partners of newly arrived graduates and visiting academics to the University. It aims to offer help, advice and information, and the opportunity to meet others socially. Informal coffee mornings are held at the University Club every Wed. 10.30–12 noon from 0th week to 9th week, both inclusive. Newcomers with children (0–4) meet every Fri. in term 10.15–12 noon.
